Mokshay Silver Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. This warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers silver polish / re-polishing service only.

2. Structural damage, dents, breakage, stone loss, or any other issues are not covered.

3. Courier / shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

4. This warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, or negligence.

5. Original warranty certificate and proof of purchase must be presented for claims.

6. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

7. For claims: support@mokshay.com before dispatching the product.
